Mail item not viewable

Hello,
Been having an issue where I mail and attach an item and the receiver says its empty that they dont see anything attached, the same thing has happened to me when they have mailed me items, i found going to the mail main page and clicking retrieve all sends it into ur inventory if theres room of course.
